Yesterday, all Board members of Fedora EMEA came together for the first Board meeting in Rheinfelden. One of the most important goal that we want to fit was to get our NPO (non profit organisation) officially registered at the registration court.
And so we did today!
We startetd at 9:30 a.m. to the appointment with the notary at the City Hall in Lörrach who is authorized to notify publicly our signed for the letter to the registration court. We got that point done at 10:20 and put the forms who are mandatory to be registered in an envelope and brought them directly to the register court.
So for now on, we're waiting for the confirmation that we are registered. After getting that information we are able to act as we need to!
